Possibly made by Madelaine and Gertrude King, Sydney, Australia. Madelaine King exhibited with the New South Wales Society of Arts and Crafts, three designs in 1910 and 1914.

Description
Chair, carved with flannel flower design, blackwood (Acacia melanoxylon) / leather, [made by Madelaine and Gertrude King], Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, c. 1910

High backed chair, the back uprights, stretches and lower front, and legs bobbin turned, the top rail, seat border, seat apron and upper legs carved with a design of intertwining flannel flowers and leaves. Seat and back splat upholstered in brown leather (recent replacement), plain, square-section back legs.
