The program is a staple-bound paper booklet, comprising 18 pages, with a single colour/monochrome printed cover, monochrome printed text and photographs, and a title page. The cover features a selection of black and white photographs within white stars, depicting Bill Haley, La Vern Baker, Big Joe Turner and Freddie Bell (American rock singers) on an orange background. The title page lists the performers, Bill Haley, The Platters, Freddie Bell and the Bellboys, La Vern Baker and Big Joe Turner, the orchestra diected by Dennis Collinson. The concert was presented by Lee Gordon in association with Benn F Reyes and Arthur Schurgin. The program contains articles about the performers and various advertisements. Handwritten notes can be found on some of the pages. Two holes are punched in the program for placement in a ring binder.
