Jacket postman's uniform, wool/cotton, Australian Post Office/ Commonwealth Clothing Factory, Australia, 1966
Jacket with long sleeves, collar and lapels. A black and red embroidered cloth patch has been sewn to the tips of the collar "P.M.G.". There is a pocket either side of the garment at hip height and one at l.h.s. breast area. Four button holes are located down the center front edge however the buttons have been removed. The jacket is fully lined with dark blue frabic and striped cotton fabric inside sleeves.
