Books (16), collection of books relating to / belonging to Sir George Reid, paper/leather/buckram/suede/textile, England/Australia/USA, 1881-1918
These volumes are the remnants of Reid's personal library. All are signed or initialled by Reid. Stephens' 'A Digest of the Law of Evidence' is also signed by Ernest Lamb and B.R. Wise, Attorney General under Henry Parkes in the 1880s. The books cover various topics; popular philosophy, law, literature, religion, and gardening. They span the entire period of Reid's public life from the early 1880s to 1918.
