The Australian Council of Natural Family Planning passed these charts on to the Powerhouse Museum for the 'Taking Precautions' exhibition. However the Council protected the anonymity of the woman whose charts they were.

Body temperature charts (3), 'Natural Family Planning Fertility Awareness Chart', used, paper, Families of Australia Foundation, Australia, [1994].
Three paper charts, 'Natural Family Planning Fertility Awareness Chart', with ruled spaces for daily recording of a woman's body temperature over a one month timespan, and spaces for written notation, thus allowing a woman to graph her ovulation cycle. The charts have been filled in by (anonymous) users.
