Description
Television in timber cabinet, with spare parts and handbook, timber / metal / glass / paper, Arthur J Brown, Sydney, Australia, 1950-1956

Mid 1950s black and white television in handmade wooden cabinet of silky oak veneer. Made to go specifically with organ / audio unit and external speaker. Can be operated from main control unit on organ. Television screen occupies upper half of cabinet. Speaker in lower half with controls between the two. Controls include channel changer, on / off and volume.

Brown shoe box and lid tied with string and containing spare parts including valves of various sizes.

Portrait format service manual in envelope for STC Television Receiver, in envelope addressed to Mr A. J. Brown.
