Envelope colour printed on white paper. Four stamps: 1 x 22d Faraday -Electricity, 1 x 22d Babbage-Computer, 1 x 31d Radar-Watson-Watt, 1 x 37d Jet Engine-Whittle. Post marked '5 MAR 1991 FIRST DAY OF ISSUE BRITISH PHILATELIC BUREAU EDINBURGH'.
Insert printed in navy blue on thin white cardboard, information on the stamp issue 'Scientific achievements', design details and the British Philatelic Bureau.
