Insurance policy, Jack William Percival, paper, Edward Lumley & Sons (NSW) Pty Ltd, Sydney, 1951.
Three pages making up an insurance policy and a receipt all pinned together at top left corner. The receipt is made out for 51.80 paid on 12.3.1951. The insurance policy is made up of a filled in printed form on white paper. It is made out to Jack William Percival Esq, c/- Captain PG Taylor of 141 York Street Sydney and is a pilots personal accident, death and benefits policy for the sum of 5,000 pounds and is dated 8th March 1951. The policy covered the time during which Jack Percival was involved in the flight of the Frigate Bird II from Australia to Chile. Two typed pages are attached and are Schedules of benefits for the policy.
