John Anastasiadis suggested this photograph was taken in Europe and depicts Eugene and Guillaume. However it may also have been taken in Melbourne, Australia, depicting Guillaume and one of his sons. The costumes in photographs taken in Melbourne are very similar. However there are differences in the costumes and the backdrops are not the same.

This photograph may have been taken in Europe and depicts Guillaume with an Averino clown, possibly Eugene. It may also have been taken later when the Jandaschewsky family were touring Australia, with Guillaume and one of his sons performing the same trick musical bottles act.

This shows Guillaume and another clown possibly one of his sons, (or Eugene Averino) performing the 'eccentric musical instrument acts'. Arthur continued to perform this act (solo) throughout his career. The bottles made odd sounds and some could be played.
The Jandaschewsky family collection was kept together by the last remaining family member, Arthur 'Jandy' Averino. During the last years of his life 'Jandy' sold the collection to his friend John Anastasiadis. Mr Anastasiadis kept the collection for a 25 year period, having built a repository for housing and exhibiting it at his own home. In 1994 he sold the collection to the MAAS in order to keep it together, and in New South Wales, according to 'Jandy's' wishes.
