Issued under the Tradesmen's Rights Regulation Act of 1946-1958, Commonwealth of Australia. No. NX3679, signed by Calver and the Secretary of the Local Trades Committee A. H. Waldon. Black print with light blue line border and Commonwealth crest, details are typewritten in black.

The Tradesman's Certificate is issued by the Local Engineering Trades Committee of New South Wales under the Tradesmen's Rights Regulation Act, 1946-1958 of the Commonwealth of Australia.
