Ceremonial belt, Kafa (traditionally made in Tonga), glass/plastic, Sela Smith, Australia, 1990-1993.
Black plaited-braid, waist-band attached to lines of synthetic monofilament threaded with dense bunches of glass beads in alternating colours of blue/white and gold/red.
