Green nylon tricot briefs with drawstring waist threaded with white nylon cord, featuring an allover design in yellow of sprays of wattle flowers. Machine embroidered black and red Speedo and boomerang logo applied on lower right hip.

Cardboard swing tag attached, printed with boomerang label and 'SPEEDO'. Also printed on tag, in black ink, '1968 / MEXIVO / OLYMPIC GAMES / WATTLE / NYLON TRICOT / MENS 34'. Printe fabric label with boomerang logo and 'SPEEDO / 34 / MADE IN AUSTRALIA' and '100% NYLON / (BRI-NYLON)' on the reverse.
