A letter written by James Watt to Richard Michell that refers to action taken against Michell's employers (United Mines) over premium payments. The two page letter consists of one sheet of paper that has been folded in half to form four leaves. The letter is handwritten in ink on two leaves and the address of the recipient, Richard Michell, can be seen on another leaf.
