Colour slides (162), 35mm, of designs by Gordon Andrews, photographs by Gordon Andrews and other photographers, Australia and Europe, 1930-2000.
Gordon Andrews is one of Australia's most significant designers and one with an international reputation. The Powerhouse Museum is the principal repository of his work, holding both his general design archive (89/735) as well as a decimal currency design archive (92/194). The slides document his graphic, interior and environmental design. Andrews used the slides when presenting his work in talks and publications (eg Gordon Andrews: a designer's life, UNSW 1994).
