An image similar to this was used in the Australian Womens Weekly dated the 30th of December 1944, one of a series of wartime advertisements for Prestige Limited, a Melbourne-based company which had been manufacturing silk stockings and lingerie since 1922. The company was also responsible for producing parachutes during WWII.

The colour image depicts the head and shoulders of a woman. She is turned in a three quarter profile with face looking toward the left hand side of the page. The back ground of the image has been painted firstly in green and then worked with black charcoal. The model is wearing a brooch at her neck. Lines representing text have been added below the outline of the image. The Prestige logo is positioned lower right corner of the layout.
