Description

Vase, stoneware, Derek Smith, Sydney, 1976.

Discoid vase, stoneware, with a small cylindrical foot supporting the vertical disc-shaped vessel. Two small U-shaped openings at the top. The coarse surface of the vessel glazed with mid-blue areas of cobalt oxide, black stained incised vertical lines and brown and white stripes on both sides running top to bottom at centre. White glazed rim and foot.
