A diazo print showing the new premises for the Bank of NSW in Scone. The 'NORTH ELEVATION', 'SOUTH ELEVATION', 'EAST ELEVATION', 'WEST ELEVATION and 'FIRST FLOOR PLAN' are outlined in brown ink with sections highlighted in orange, red, green, blue and brown. Measurements, notations and the title of the drawing are also printed in brown in ink. There is a rectangular border around the drawings and a title written within the border below the drawings. A handwritten note in red ink and signatures can be seen in the top right of the print. There is a printers stamp on the back of the print.
Marks
Title reads 'NEW PREMISES KELLY STREET SCONE / FOR THE BANK OF NEW SOUTH WALES / SCALES 1 INCH EQUALS 8 FEET'. Further text to the left of the title reads 'SHEET No 2', 'SCALE 8 FT TO ONE INCH', DATE 17/12/37 and to the right of the title 'Cyril C Ruwald / FRIBA, FRAIA / Architect / 9 Martin Place Sydney / 20.11.37'.
Handwritten note 'This is one of the Drawings referred to in the general Conditions / of Contract made out between and signed by the / undermentioned parties this twentyfirst day of / March 1938'. Followed by 'FOR BANK OF NEW SOUTH WALES / [C Barret] / Proprietor / J E Parry / Contractor / [illegible] / Witness / [Diana Scott] / Witness'.
