Teapot, earthenware, Koster's Premier Pottery, South Australia, 1920-1930
Teapot, with cover, earthenware, very large with voluminous dome-shaped ovoid body, a flat strap loop handle and a tapering upward-curved spout, a low vertical collar encircles the opening at top with inset ledge as rest for the recessed cover (-2) of flat circular form with globular knop, underside of cover with vertical flange with small pinched catch, lead glazed with an all over glossy dark brown Rockingham glaze.

Stamped marks "12" repeated twice under the recessed base.
