Strategic Plan 2002 - 2005

The Powerhouse Strategic Plan has three levels:

  1. The Plan Summary articulates our vision, mission and values, sets out our priority areas, and nominates the range of strategies we are implementing in each area.

  2. Strategies outline what priorities we will pursue and what results we seek to achieve.

  3. Business Plans, which provide more details of each strategy and the actions required to achieve the results, will be created by each Division. These will be annual, allowing us to revise our implementation and reflect on our effectiveness and any changes in our strategic environment.
