Buy directly from the cream of our national design talent during Sydney Design 09 at the Powerhouse Museum. Young Blood: Designers Market showcases original design, from fashion to furniture, jewellery, graphic, product, landscape and lighting design and gives visitors the opportunity to meet the makers and talk about their work, in a vibrant market atmosphere. Meet your friends for a drink at the Friday night market or come on Saturday and visit the Museum’s design galleries.
CALLING ALL DESIGNERS
Young Blood is a great launch pad, offering designers a high profile, respected platform to promote and sell their products and services. Being selected for the market gives stallholders access to industry, media and commercial contacts, as well as thousands of design-savvy shoppers.
Successful applicants will also have the opportunity to attend an exclusive industry networking event on 15 July. The event supports emerging designers in taking their products to the next level with the chance to build their network and make connections with industry representatives.
Designers wishing to apply are invited to submit applications now.

Young Blood Designers Markets was launched in 2005 during Sydney Design festival and has since grown into a regular, curated event that is part of the Museum's commitment to foster and promote Australian design.
